Payment & Shipping


Helixirz CBD online store offer free shipping on all orders over $45. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds


Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into providing our products, refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED product only, within fourteen (14) days of the product received date. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse we will issue a full refund minus shipping charges. We will not refund any opened products or partially used products. If a customer receives a damaged product, we will need digital pictures to confirm the damaged in order for us to reship a new order. Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped out yet. If your item is missing , you have 7 business days to contact us in order to submit a claim. After this time period, we are no longer responsible for claims of missing products. Packages that have confirmed delivered by USPS and customer claims they did not receive an order they must open a claim with the USPS once a package shows delivered iit is out of our hands
